Worldwide shipping

We provide tracked shipping to supported destinations. Available delivery methods and any shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared before dispatch. Typical delivery is 5–20 business days after dispatch, although customs, carrier delays, weather and destination conditions may affect timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking information may take 5–7 days to begin updating after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Multiple packages

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Separate tracking details may be provided for each parcel.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or damage, contact us with your order number so we can work with the carrier.
