Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Return window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 7 days after delivery and must be shipped back within 3 days after return approval.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation. Customized items, gift cards and original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund.
Change-of-mind returns
Approved change-of-mind returns are sent at the customer’s cost, including any applicable customs charges. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled only before fulfillment or dispatch has begun.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, plus any time required by your bank or payment provider.
